The job duties for this position include but are not limited to: - Providing a broad range of benefit analysis and support for assigned sworn and professional staff employees to include comprehensive retirement counseling, consulting on deferred compensation plan and voluntary defined contribution plan options, processing short- and long-term disability and workers’ compensation claims and reviewing enrollment forms and supporting documentation and keying new health insurance enrollments and qualifying mid-year events. - Coordinating service, retirement and long-term disability awards and certificates. - Reconciling monthly reports.
