Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 12 years of experience managing technical teams in charge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure and components. - 3 years of experience in developing and managing managers. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience collaborating with other business units to meet company goals and standards. - Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in a data center environment. - Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
