SHIFT: 8:00AM to 4:30PM TITLE: Sr. QC Technician: POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Senior Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. They will oversee quality control processes, inspect products, and identify and resolve quality issues. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science) or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 7 Years of experience in quality control or a related field. - Certification in quality control (e.g., SQF, ISO). - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Directly supports the production teams through Start-Up Verification, Real Time in Process Evaluations as well as regular production and site quality inspections in the interest of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Production Support. - Actively participate in Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis, Process Mapping providing direct contributions to Continuous Improvement Initiatives. - Actively participate in Cont...
