The Senior Manager - AI Enablement, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Data, will lead one of the most high-impact transformations underway at Angle Auto Finance - how we adopt AI to improve customer experiences, uplift our people, and drive measurable business outcomes. This is a rare opportunity to shape the organisation’s AI direction and ways of working: setting the standards, building the community, and turning the most valuable ideas into real solutions that are used every day. You will run the AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) and AI Community of Practice (CoP), partner with leaders across the business to prioritise and deliver high-value use cases, and establish clear measures of adoption and benefits realisation. The role blends hands-on AI delivery experience (including GenAI and AI agents) with strong leadership - ensuring solutions are safe, scalable, and embedded into operations.
