Overview: AccuWeather is seeking a highly experienced Chief of Staff to support its Founder and Executive Chairman. This role is designed for someone who can serve as a strategic and operational extension of a highly engaged Founder with evolving priorities while helping oversee the effectiveness, coordination, and execution flow of the Executive Office. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and coordination of the Founder’s Office, ensuring alignment of priorities, and driving execution across internal and external stakeholders. This is not a traditional administrative role, but rather a leadership position focused on ownership, coordination, and influence. This role is primarily remote, with expected monthly travel to the State College, PA office for approximately 2–3 days at a time to support executive collaboration, leadership meetings, relationship-building, and ongoing operational alignment.
