What You'll Be Doing: Lead and supervise a team to ensure efficient operations. Coordinate daily activities and workflow. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Train and mentor team members. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. What Are We Looking For: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
