Regional Human Resource Business Partner

Job description

The Regional Human Resources Business Partner will have accountability for meeting the overall human resources needs of 2 manufacturing plants (Bridgeport, AL - 222 employees and Cartersville, GA 30 employees). This position will be based out of the Bridgeport plant and will report to the Divisional Human Resources Business Partner. The majority of time will be spent there, however visits to Carterville (110 miles away) will also be made approximately once per month. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A WORK FROM HOME POSITION. EMPLOYEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO REPORT DAILY TO A MANUFACTURING FACILITY. This role will provide guidance and support to managers on human resources and safety matters. This position will be accountable for managing the plant's talent acquisition strategy, providing salary administration support, and employee development.
