Job Description Sr Manager, HRBP: We’re looking for a strategic, influential Senior Manager level HR Business Partner to partner closely with senior leaders across our Retail, Customer Experience, and Digital businesses. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and thought partner helping leaders navigate transformation, elevate organizational effectiveness, and unlock the full potential of their teams. You’ll bring a strong point of view, deep HR expertise, and the ability to translate business strategy into meaningful people priorities that drive results.
