Title: Part Time Clinical Respiratory Instructor Salary Range: $21.50 per hour: Contract Term Length: Not Applicable: Standard Hours: 6 - 16 per week Work Location: On-Site: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt: College: Southcentral KY Community & Technical College Campus Location: Southcentral Kentucky CTC: Department: Allied Health & Nursing: Job Summary: This position will report to the Dean of Allied Health/Nursing with a salary $21.50 an hour for a minimum of 6 hours per week to a maximum of 16 hours per week and may be called upon to assist in classroom lab instruction. Job Duties: The Clinical Instructor will be teaching in the clinical setting: - Supervise care provided by the students while they complete their clinical rotation at that facility. - Coordinate with the clinicians at the clinical site to make student patient assignments - Reinforce teaching of skills previously learned in college lab - Evaluate student's clinical work Minimum Qualifications: Must have earned the National Board of Respiratory Care’s CRT or RRT credential (RRT Preferred) and have at least two years of clinical experience.
