TORQCOMMODITIES is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support and guidance across the business, partnering with management and employees to foster a positive workplace culture. You will lead HR initiatives, ensure compliance with employment laws, and contribute to talent management and employee engagement strategies.
