Position Summary: The Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving membership sales, supporting daily studio operations, and overseeing the front desk team. This is a hands on leadership role focused on sales execution, lead conversion, team support, and delivering a strong member experience. The Sales Supervisor partners with CAMFIT leadership to help keep the studio running smoothly and performing at a high level. Key Responsibilities: Sales Performance: Drive membership sales through lead follow up, outbound outreach, referrals, promotions, and in studio efforts Track sales performance including lead conversion, close rate, and new memberships Support execution of company sales campaigns and local growth efforts Team Support: Supervise and coach Sales Associates on sales conversations...
