Solicitor Department: Legal: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Glasgow: Description: Keoghs Scotland are seeking to recruit an experienced solicitor to join our expanding disease team in Glasgow. You will handle a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated disease cases (Defender) for both insurer and uninsured clients. It is preferable that applicants will have experience of appearing in the Sheriff court and as instructing agent in the Court of Session. It is also preferable that applicants will have some experience in complex claims. Key Responsibilities: Working Hours 35 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.
