We are seeking a proven Sales Director to lead our ANZ sales organisation—someone experienced in services‑based growth, high‑performing team leadership and driving commercial results across Australia and New Zealand. About the Role: The Sales Director will own the commercial strategy and lead a national sales team focused on new business acquisition, customer partnership development and retention of corporate and national accounts. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for shaping market direction, elevating capability and delivering strong financial outcomes. You will lead from the front—coaching the team, partnering across the business, and fostering a culture of performance, accountability and customer focus.
