Other duties may be assigned. - Plan and coordinate all aspects of trade shows, exhibitions, and related events, including logistics, booth setup, shipments, materials, and staffing. - Oversee post-show follow-up activities, including TopVis leads, thank-you letters, and task assignments to ensure timely and accurate execution. - Delegate responsibilities to team members, establish priorities, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. - Serve as the primary liaison for the remote exhibition team, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and consistent procedures across locations. - Coordinate with internal departments—including Sales, Marketing, Inside Sales, and Product Management— to align messaging, booth materials, and show objectives. - Manage timelines and budgets, tracking expenses, deliverables, and overall event performance. - Maintain process consistency across all trade show operatio...
