Overview Post Title: Specialist Medical Scientist - Quality Post Status: Temporary Department: General Pathology, Quality Location: Beaumont Hospital & Affiliated Sites Reports to: Laboratory Manager or other nominated Manager Salary: Appointment will be made on the Specialist Medical Scientist Scale (€75,547 - €95,880) at a point in line with Government pay policy Hours of work: Full-Time, 35 hours per week Closing Date: 12.00 Noon on 30/04/2026 Please note the hospital reserves the right to close the competition early should a substantial number of applications be received. Responsibilities: Key Duties & Responsibilities: The specialist scientist in quality reports to the Quality Manager and has sufficient free time from other commitments to assist with implementation of the quality system on a daily basis.
