Load Securement Duties: - Instruct drivers on proper securement techniques for various load types - Demonstrate securement procedures and explain load-specific methods - Evaluate driver securement performance and provide constructive feedback - Ensure all training meets FMCSA regulations and internal policy requirements - Reinforce customer-specific securement policies and safety expectations Qualifications: - Conduct in-cab evaluations and real-time road instruction - Provide feedback on driver handling, speed management, lane control, and safety practices - Train drivers on pre-trip and post-trip inspections - Address any driving-related performance concerns with timely coaching and retraining - Uphold and model safe driving behavior and company expectations - Cargo inspection and working load limits - Proper use of chains, straps, ropes, and tar...
