Job Description Summary The Advanced Field Engineer is a senior-level technical expert responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex medical systems, providing advanced technical support, and mentoring junior engineers. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Perform complex corrective maintenance and installations. Conduct root cause analysis with a 360° approach, considering internal and external factors. Apply basic application knowledge to support clinical workflows. Utilize strong knowledge of power, grounding, and digital systems. Actively promote and use remote diagnostic tools; contribute to the ROLE team. Serve as a role model in administrative tasks and follow-up (including debriefing, parts, KPI tracking).
