Job Description FP&A Manager, Ag Services and Oilseeds - Chicago or Decatur, IL Position Summary: The Ag Services and Oilseeds FP&A Manager partners with the Commercial, Operations, the respective Finance Director and Corporate service functions to establish and execute on short, medium and long term strategic financial plans of the company and its alignment with the global corporate strategy. This includes the annual strategic business plan, financial planning cycle, monthly financial forecasting, and tracking of key initiatives, and/or analytical support of financial results. This position coordinates with the Corporate FP&A group and the Centers of Excellence to align reporting across the company. This position also works closely to the Finance Director of the business to coordinate and support projects and key financial analysis. The candidate will be hands on supporting the respective business in accomplishing their strategic financial and business objectives.
