The Big Picture The Medical Education Specialist is responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of education programs for new and tenured sales representatives and clinical specialists to drive product adoption across the full portfolio at Baylis Medical Technologies. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer-facing employees are clinically, scientifically, and technically prepared to support the safe, compliant, and effective use of company technologies across interventional procedures. Working cross-functionally with Commercial, Clinical, Marketing, and external experts, the Medical Education Specialist delivers engaging and impactful training that strengthens field capability, enhances physician support, with the goal of advancing both clinical practice and patient outcomes.
