Overview Engineer (GXP 2026-25169): Bowhead seeks a Engineer to join our team at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Crane, IN. The Engineer will provide technical and engineering support services to the Strategic Systems Guidance, Navigation and Control Division. Responsibilities: Essential functions will include: - Perform duties with minimal supervision and management intervention. - Support the development of programmatic concepts including roles and responsibilities, schedules, metrics, coordination activities necessary to ensure proper execution of the Support Equipment programs. This includes interface with internal and external management as required to resolve programmatic issues, ensure corrective actions are instituted to correct deficiencies, support Program Management Reviews, and negotiate project expectations, deliveries, schedule, and risks. - Assist the Government in the technical and administrative development of the aforementioned plans and in the implementation.
