Summary of purpose/major responsibilities: The Field Medical Director, Oncology East role is part of the Field Based Medical Leadership Team, who is responsible for delivering on field engagement strategies and tactics aligned to medical plans for their TA(s) and monitor team progress toward impact metrics. They provide strategic leadership and accountability to ensure field excellence and performance through effective coaching and prioritization of MSL activities. MSL managers work cross-functionally with field leaders (e.g., Commercial, Market Access) and office-based personnel.
