Irrigation repair and maintenace is a must. Job title: Clubhouse Landscaping Manager: Reports to: Director of Agronomy: Classification: Full Time, Part-time, Non-Exempt: Working Hours: As Needed: Job purpose: To assist the Director of Agronomy in the daily management of maintenance team members for the clubhouse, pool and tennis grounds as well as on course landscaping. Duties and responsibilities: - Assist and lead crew in daily management of scheduled work to the highest standard. - Assist and lead crew in general landscaping including planting, fertilizing, bed clean-up and pruning. - Assist and lead crew in maintenance of irrigation systems. - Will be required to perform mowing, weeding, edging, and trimming. - Will be required to run edgers, trimmers, chain saws, and pole saws. - Locate landscaping problems and report to Director of Agronomy. - Will report any problems with equipment to Director of Agronomy. - Ensures projects are completed in a reliable and timely manner. - Inspects and receives plants/trees ensuring they meet standards. - Assist in training current and new team members on the handling, installation and care of plant and tree materials.
