About the Operation: The Charlotte Federal Reserve location features a streamlined, high‑quality food program designed to serve employees and special events: - One Café with 3 stations - Breakfast and Lunch service only (Monday–Friday) - Catering operations , including daily business catering and special events Incentives: Predominately a M-F schedule with occassional evenings and weekends What You'll Do: As the #1 on‑site leader , you will have full responsibility for the success of the operation—overseeing people, performance, and the client experience.
