Job Responsibilities: - Define and own the roadmap for the product line; establish and communicate the vision and strategy for the product/platform. - Lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of technical products, including APIs, data models, and data processing pipelines. - Oversee the creation of detailed product requirements and user stories, ensuring business needs are translated into robust technical solutions. - Partner with Technology, Design, and Analytics leadership to drive product development and ensure cross‑functional alignment. - Drive the design and implementation of robust Settlement and Reconciliation platforms, services, and data pipelines to ensure accuracy and reliability in payment processing and reporting. - Manage product backlog creation and grooming; support agile product delivery, launch and go‑to‑market, production support, issue and defect resolution, and prioritization. - Navigate and lead within a large, complex organization—driving clarity through ambiguity, structuring problems, and aligning multiple teams toward common goals. - Build and maintain strong executive stakeholder relationships across business, technology, risk, controls, legal,...
