Create your best future and join Westpac as a Manager, Operational Risk Measurement What’s the role?: You’ll play a key role in how Westpac understands, measures and responds to operational risk across the Group. Sitting within Enterprise Operational Risk, this role focuses on turning complex loss and risk data into clear insights that inform decision‑making, capital allocation and regulatory outcomes. You’ll work closely with risk partners, finance, stress testing teams and senior stakeholders to assess existing and emerging operational risks. A big part of your day will involve analysing internal and external loss data, maintaining risk models, and helping shape the story behind the numbers - not just what’s happening, but why it matters. This is a 18-month max term role , based in Sydney, with hybrid working (3 days a week in office). You won’t have direct reports, but you’ll influence outcomes across the Group through your expertise, collaboration and data‑driven insights.
