As the Team Lead Local Partnerships, I manage and coach a team of Partner Managers across the Benelux, Spain, France, and the UK. While we have a Global team handling worldwide giants, my mission is to win the markets from the inside out. I lead the strategy for our "Local Heroes"—the crucial regional integrations and agencies that dominate specific countries. I don’t just sit on the sidelines; I step in to support my team on complex local deals and own strategic partnerships myself. It’s my job to foster a high-performance culture where we build the deep local ecosystems across Europe that power Sendcloud’s growth. Your team: You will lead a pan-European team of Local Partner Managers stationed in our core markets (Benelux, France, Spain, UK). You report directly to the VP of Partnerships.
