Managed Service Manager for a international company Requirements: Be from Braga and attend to the office on Mondays and Tuesdays, at least. Experience with delivery a medium/large team (15+) using Agile methodologies. Knowledge and experience of Service Delivery in Cloud (AWS) very nice to have. Key responsibilities: Management of the Service; Planning of resources for and scheduling of Contractor’s activities; Drafting regular status reports about KPIs/SLA fulfilment; Propose, discuss and implement measures for Contractor’s optimization; Coordination and resolution of escalations and critical issues; Optimisation of resources; Planning of activities, such as deployments, tests, etc Location: Braga, hybrid: What do we offer?: ➡ An innovative and growing company, with a lot of opportunities for professional development. ➡ Retribution according to your experience and performance.
