Description Job Title: Civil Rights Attorney: Department: Operations – Services: Reports To: RavenTek Program Manager: Location: On-site, multiple locations– must live within driving distance of specific worksite location Schedule: Monday – Friday: Hours: Full-time, 40-hours/week: FLSA Status: Salary, Exempt: Clearance: Public Trust: Position Summary: The Civil Rights Attorney supports federal civil rights enforcement activities by reviewing, evaluating, and processing complaints in accordance with established regulatory frameworks. This role applies legal analysis to determine jurisdiction, sufficiency, and appropriate case disposition while ensuring compliance with applicable civil rights statutes and federal procedures. The performance of this position is key to RavenTek's performance on the contract, and therefore RavenTek's mission to support the customer.
