Your Opportunity: You will work under the direction of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality clinical services in Residential Aged Care. The role includes both clinical and administrative responsibilities. As part of our award-winning (2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence) Plena Care Pathway, you’ll support evidence-based mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, 1:1 therapy interventions, and group-based active ageing services tailored to resident goals. To be eligible, you must hold a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance. You will be responsible for: - Responsible for assisting to deliver all physiotherapy services in accordance with the Plena Healthcare operating procedures and policies. - Responsible for servicing RAC clients in accordance with the Allied Health Professionals treatment plan - Under direction of the physiotherapists / occupational therapists you may be required to, Transport residents to and from the therapy gym area / their appointments, - Set up and pack away the physiotherapy gym, including cleaning both the area and equipment - Collect referrals and any other administrative tasks as...
