Brice Equipment, LLC Rotational (Fixed Term): JOB SUMMARY: The Service Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the rental and services of equipment, including pad, shop, and field. The Service Manager will assist the Operations Manager with personnel management such as delegation of tasks, tracking mechanical performance, creating work schedules, reviewing timecards and assisting with disciplinary issues. The Service Manager will ensure all policies and procedures are followed. This position will provide excellent leadership and supervisory skills. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Lead and coordinate mechanics, service technicians, parts personnel, and laborers to maintain the quality and readiness of the rental fleet. - Develop and manage quality assurance programs to ensure equipment is consistently safe and reliable for customers. - Establish and oversee comprehensive safety programs, conduct daily toolbox talks, and provide ongoing training to all employees. - Collaborate with parts personnel to manage inventory of service items and replacement parts efficiently. - Schedule and prioritize repairs and maintenance across shop, field, and wash bay operations. - Mentor and train m...
