Primary Responsibility: Due to site expansion, we are recruiting multiple Team Managers to work across various shifts at our Ormeau site . As the Team Manager, you will be experienced with providing strong operations leadership to a team of frontline workers, whilst developing skillsets in the team and supporting other site leaders. You would manage and coordinate all processes and activities during the shift to deliver outstanding customer service. We will be seeking Team Managers for the following shifts: 0500 – 1300 Monday – Friday 1100 – 1900 Tuesday – Saturday 1300 – 2100 Monday Friday Please note that these shifts are not flexible; they are the required shifts for our operation, and successful applicants must be able to work their assigned shift patterns...
