Job Description: U4BW is an ERP system supporting Finance, Procurement, HR, and System Administration across UKAEA and UK Fusion Energy, with a user base of approximately 2,200. This role provides 1st and 2nd line support to end users and professional users, resolving issues and maintaining system master data. It also manages service requests via the ITSM system and supports the administration of U4BW, including user access and day-to-day system processes. .
