The Role: This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the opportunity to become permanent. The Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the maintenance team. This includes job scheduling, engineer coordination, tenant liaison, and follow-up on contractor works. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle urgent issues promptly. Requirements: Main Duties & responsibilities: Log and assign all maintenance jobs accurately in Salesforce. Review condition reports and job history to ensure jobs are raised appropriately.
