This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Vice President Nuclear Quality Assurance Manager for our Pittsburgh, PA office. The Vice President Nuclear Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for verifying the status of implementation of the Nuclear QA Program. This role requires interaction with project staff, customers, and regulators. This is a senior level position in the NQA Group with the expectation that the candidate will manage lower-level personnel and grow the program through a combination of training, mentoring, and on the job experience. The candidate will work under the WSP USA Nuclear Quality Assurance Program. Your Impact: - Verifying the status of the implementation of the NQA Program - Developing and maintaining the Nuclear QA Manual (NQAM), Nuclear Quality Assurance Procedures (NQAP), Quality Directives (QD) and related quality procedures and forms - Verifying compliance with regulatory requirements and procedures through audits and quality reviews - Monitoring organization processes to ensure conformance to commitments - Assuring that vendors providing quality-affecting services or items meet the programmatic requirements - May act on behalf of j...
