You're all about the detail and this role will allow you to drive evidence-based decision making to optimise systems and efficiency, not just for the business but for our customers too. It's data and research with impact you can see. In this role, you'll: Provide strategic and operational leadership to govern the evolution of the customer and mobility data ecosystem, ensuring production data platforms and enabling services are stable, secure and performing effectively. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day reliability and continuous improvement of data operations, supporting the successful transition of new data solutions into production and maintaining high service standards across a complex data landscape. You’ll lead the implementation of modern operational practices, embedding and enhancing DevOps and DataOps approaches to strengthen automation, release management and service resilience. This includes overseeing incident response, performance monitoring and operational readiness, while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, governance and financial requirements across cloud environments.
