Summary: Performs General Maintenance on Facility and Grounds in indoor/outdoor settings. Essential Duties: · Completing Preventive Maintenance (Duties & Check Sheets) · Plumbing, Painting, Building Repair & Maintenance. · Maintaining all equipment in working order condition and Function. · Responsible for repair or alteration of existing structures. · Responsible for completing all repair work. · Perform other duties as assigned. · Ability to repair Machinery and Grounds Equipment. · Hand tool Knowledge. Possible weekend hours as needed.
