Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge: of general health practices for geriatric-age population; safety practices. Skills: techniques of assisting patients with ADL and personal care; communication (verbal and written). Abilities: ability to work with people (teamwork); ability to work in stressful environment; ability to understand and follow written policies and procedures.
