Job description

Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for providing coordination, planning, and supervision to Electrical Superintendents, and craft activities on a utility scale solar site for all Electrical installations. This position is for all solar projects in the United States. Must be willing to travel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Organization, flexibility, outstanding customer focus and strong communication are critical in performing duties which include, but are not limited to: - Properly plans and executes the high-quality installation of electrical portions of a solar project. - Responsible for having a collaborative mindset with his team in the field and his peers. - Has vast knowledge of all BOS systems and has expertise in installation of CAB Lines, DC Collection Systems, Wire Management, Terminations, Grounding Requirements, Electrical Codes, Conduit, PCS Underground Prep (Transformers & Inverters), DC Collection Systems, Basic Compaction Means and Methods, Support Brackets per code, and Electrical Testing Procedures. - Responsible for implementing electrical safety requirements including proper PPE, LOTO, arch flash, etc. - Ensure that necessary materials and eq...
