Lead, Technical Program Management, Fiber and Network Infrastructure

Job description

Minimum qualifications: 5 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports. - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on infrastructure projects. - Experience with fiber optic network design/deployment (i.e., OSP) and data center infrastructure (i.e., ISP). Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports. 5 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports. - 10 years of multi-disciplinary experience in network, fiber, electrical, and mechanical (cooling) systems. - Experience working with global carriers and stakeholders in the EMEA and APAC telecommunications and data center markets. - Proven track record in New Product Initiatives (NPI), specifically in defining standards for deployable infrastructure solutions. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate through ambiguity and build consensus among high-level executive stakeholders.
