Role description: The People Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient and quality HR administration support to the business, managing requests through the HR Helpdesk platform (People Assist), working within defined service level agreements. Works within multiple service areas of a dedicated region as part of a centralized Global People Shared Services team. Provides second-tier support for more specialist processes and acts as an escalation point where a process cannot be managed within the first tier of the service model. Is able to communicate (in written and verbally) in French (C1 level required) and English.
