Hiring Manager: Alex Sim HR Rep: Patricia Oltar Summary: The position will work closely with leadership level and employee level team members across the manufacturing site to support a strong proactive safety culture and an effective, efficient, and compliant EH&S process. The position will maintain documentation to support compliance with regulatory standards at the federal, state, and local levels. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: General - Comply with all OSHA, Owens Corning, and other workplace regulatory rules. - Proactively lead the Owens Corning Kearny team by example in all aspects of EH&S. - This is an in-person, onsite role in an industrial manufacturing setting. - Availability to work on different shifts once per week to support 24-hour manufacturing operations. - Attend daily production department shift huddles once per week to communicate EHS initiatives. - Investigate workplace safety concerns and submit SAP work request notifications as needed. - Participate in Owens Corning EHS regional calls to understand Roofing & Asphalt Divisional priorities. - Assist in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program implementation. - Support facility needs through management...
