About the Role: As Director of Construction, Florida Region, you will be responsible for leading small to mid-size tenant buildouts, capital improvements, new acquisition property due diligence, and repairs for our industrial real estate portfolio. This role involves working with property managers, general contractors, sub-contractors, tenants, and brokers on cradle-to-grave project deliveries.
