WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Manager of IT Infrastructure will lead a team of IT administrators and engineers, overseeing the management of our corporate IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on role focused on key initiatives to improve and enhance our hybrid environment, which includes SaaS platforms, on-premise infrastructure, and cloud infrastructure. The Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Infrastructure and Infosec. In this role you will be responsible for: - Directly managing a team of IT administrators and engineers across infrastructure, identity, and SaaS operations, overseeing hiring, performance management, mentorship, and technical development. - Hands-on technical depth enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting. - Assist the director with planning and product evaluation to drive growth and cost savings. - Managing 3rd party vendor relationships across network infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and security tooling, including contract negotiations, renewals, and performance evaluations. - Working with other teams on initiatives including assisting the Media P...
