Description We are seeking a full-time clinical psychologist to join our Anxiety and Mood Disorder Service at our One Park Ave location. The Anxiety and Mood Disorder Service includes specialty programs in Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Adolescents (DBT-A), Tics, Tourette’s, and Trichotillomania (T3 program), and intensive treatments for anxiety disorders. This role requires proficiency in cognitive-behavioral therapy, parent management training, and diagnostic evaluation of anxiety, mood, and related disorders. The position carries an academic appointment within the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, which is one of only two independent child and adolescent psychiatry departments within an academic medical center in the nation. Ideal candidates are energetic clinicians with a commitment to clinical and academic excellence and an aptitude and enthusiasm for outpatient practice. The ideal candidate would be able to contribute to the continued growth of the Anxiety and Mood Disorders service through both supporting existing programming and introducing new or innovative approaches to treating anxiety, mood, and related disorders in youth.
