Primary Purpose: Jr. Cloud System Administrators ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the organization’s computing platforms, servers, and hardware. They proactively monitor systems, address incidents, and maintain both cloud and data center environments. By managing operating systems, applying updates, and optimizing infrastructure, they safeguard business continuity and enable seamless operations. Major Functions/Responsibility: - Monitor and analyze high volume ticket system for SLAs and ticket routing efficiency - Maintain, monitor, and support a production infrastructure environment - Supports multiple systems or applications of medium to high complexity - Follows defined procedures to monitor systems and resolve issues - Analyzes and reports on operational metrics to understand performance and ensure success in process improvements - Performs routine maintenance tasks for i...
