About this role BlackRock Finance & Strategy (F&S) is a global organization comprising professionals across disciplines including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Strategy & Development, Controllers, Finance Controls, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations and Global Strategic Sourcing. Finance Controls is a global team with presence in New York, Princeton, Edinburgh and Budapest. The Service Organization Reporting (“SOR”) Team specifically has individuals in New York and Princeton. Job Purpose/Background: BlackRock has professionals dedicated to the production and delivery of internal control reports (service organization reports including SSAE 18 and ISAE 3402 Reports) to clients. These individuals actively work with the business (including relationship management, portfolio management, business operations, legal and compliance, and technology personnel), as well as the external service auditors. The SOR Team provides coordination and oversight for documenting and testing controls with the business and service auditors.
