Description Join our team as a Client Service Representative , where you’ll be the first point of contact for credit unions needing support. If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a collaborative environment, this role is a great fit! *Part-time Position Only - Wednesday 12:30-4:30, Thursday 7:30-4:30, Friday 7:30-4:30 What You’ll Do: - Respond to incoming client calls and provide software support - Research issues and offer effective solutions - Escalate cases to the appropriate team when needed - Document software concerns and contribute to team goals - Continue growing your skills and knowledge - Provide occasional on-site training or support as needed What You Bring: Why You’ll Love Working With Us - High school diploma/GED + 1–2 years of admin or customer service experience - Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent typing/phone skills - Ability to work independently and handle confidential information - Strong attention to detail and a positive, client-focused mindset - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally - Supportive, team-oriented culture - Opportunities to gr...
