Title: Part-Time Faculty – Mathematics and Learning Support Mathematics Employee Classification: Part-Time Faculty: Institution: Columbia State Community College: Campus Location: Columbia State Community College Job Summary: Part time faculty are hired as needed on a semester-to-semester basis and typically teach up to nine credit hours during the semester. Columbia State offers classes at five campuses: Columbia Campus, Williamson Campus, Lawrenceburg Campus, Lewisburg Campus, and Clifton Campus. Columbia State also offers classes at several off-campus locations and clinical sites. Mathematics: - Master's degree or higher in Mathematics (or a related field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in Mathematics) Learning Support Mathematics: - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (or a related field with a minimum of 18 semester hours in Mathematics or hold teaching certification to teach high school mathematics).
