Senior Account Executive, New Business, Northern Europe (Multiple Languages)

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in new business sales and exceeding quota attainment. - Ability to communicate in English and either Dutch or one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) to manage client relationships in this area. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy. - Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution. - Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy. - Ability to be independent, comfortable with ambiguity, and grow in a team environment. - Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.
