Introduction: ARServices is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager – General Ledger to play a key hands-on role in the finance and accounting operations of our growing government contracting firm. This position combines core general ledger management with process leadership, team support, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented accounting professional with strong expertise in Deltek Costpoint, government contracting (GovCon) accounting under FAR and DCAA guidelines, and experience supporting month-end close, payroll, billing, and financial reporting. You will help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial operations while contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Position Description: The Accounting Manager – General Ledger will oversee and execute day-to-day general ledger activities, support accounts payable/receivable and billing processes, manage payroll and benefits administration, prepare audit-ready financial reports and reconciliations, and collaborate across departments to maintain financial data integrity.
